Kasparov Chess Foundation Europe

Founded by World Chess Champion Garry Kasparov and Entrepreneur & CEO of Option Jan Callewaert, the mission of the Foundation is to bring the many educational benefits of chess to children and youngsters throughout Europe.

The Foundation promotes the study of chess as a cognitive learning tool in curricular classes and after-school programs for elementary, middle and high schools, both in the public and private school sectors (in other words : children and youngsters between 6 and 18 year).

We do so by providing schools a complete chess curriculum and enrichment programs, by providing chess training for teachers, by publishing research and by creating communication tools to promote chess.
